Chegg provides digital and physical textbook rentals, online tutoring, and other student services. Chegg has over 3 million subscribers, most of them fresh graduates looking to start their careers. While Chegg provided the best learning material, it lacked a proper skills quantification tool to provide an accurate evaluation of the candidate’s job readiness. Due to this, a lot of their candidates were unsure about their skills competency. This also created a gap between candidates and prospective employers.
Chegg partnered with Interview Mocha to add skills assessments to their repertoire. Interview Mocha created the necessary APIs for seamless integration with Chegg. The course content was mapped with Interview Mocha’s skills library to provide the tests after each course.
The candidates were able to view their skills competency and areas of improvement.
Chegg is now able to identify the top job-ready candidates and place them at leading companies like Capgemini, Salesforce, and Amazon. This has established Chegg as one of the premier e-learning portals providing an end-to-end solution.
