Some might say we have gone a little overboard when we say we serve a platter of equal opportunities to our people regardless of their gender or preferences. It’s 2019, we don’t really have time to believe in biases.
“Health is Wealth” very much cliched but stands true for every penny! Mental and Physical health is a priority in this day and age. Hence, we make sure our employees remain stress-free and fit. The HR team conducts consulting sessions for all employees on a regular basis. We also provide health insurance to all our employees and their spouse and kids.
Transparency fosters trust and we strive to achieve the trust of our employees. Our philosophy is “when employees feel trusted, they leave no stone unturned in giving their 100% to the organization.” Therefore, we make sure there’s clear communication across all levels.

Our meetings are fun too!
They say Work Hard, Party Harder! At Mocha, we’ve taken it seriously. We took our first official trip to Alibaug beach and had a blast. The pool, the sun, and the sand. A trip packed with bored games, adventure, and a lot of food, we sure know how to have fun.

We got a new office and had a prayer ceremony. We believe in seeking the blessing of the almighty is always a great idea.
We also invited our employees and their families & friends for dinner in the evening!
We have got munchies in the office and free snacks all day, every day because we know an empty stomach can’t concentrate!

Mochaites love to make their day “FUN-TASTIC”! Therefore, we’ve got indoor games like foosball, carrom, and darts for people to cool it down.
The best is when we play “Secret Santa” during Christmas, it’s so fun!
And not just indoors, we go outdoors too for our adrenaline rush. Take this heated badminton tournament as an example.
We observed and celebrated UN-recognized international days like YOGA and WOMEN’S DAY!
We got professional yoga instructors to our office and breathed our way through the entire session during International Yoga Day!
On International Women’s Day, the men in the surprised their female colleagues by decorating the entire office and organizing games for them.

We visited Savali Orphanage on children’s day. It just makes your day seeing so many beautiful smiles together. We raised funds for the beautiful kids and presented them with new chairs and tables.
We also paid a visit to “The Poona School And Home For The Blind Girls” on Women’s Day! To empower such beautiful bright minds. We bought the products they make and helped them to raise funds for their well being.
Our meetings are fun too! Once we are done with the business during our meetings, we get right down to having fun. Also, did we mention all our meetings happen in extravagant five-star hotels? Sounds cool, right?
