The Challenge: Skill evaluation for technical roles

ECS’ India office was looking to hire for ServiceNow Developers & Admin roles. Although they had a lot of resumes coming in, technical skill evaluation remained the bottleneck. Traditional methods of assessing did not give them the right candidates but in fact, added to their hiring timelines. ECS’s recruiting team wanted an automated platform that could help them evaluate skills, and reduce the hiring timelines.

The Solution
